Son of Great Garloo tin wind up by Marx Toys from early 1960s. Winds up and works fine, maybe a little slowly. Arms go up and down when he walks. Missing the separate medallion that fit over his neck. Only other problem is some loss of paint and small amount of rust on right foot.

I believe that could be easily fixed with rust remover and paint by someone handy.
