Marx Line Mar Tin Litho Wind Up Popeye Rollover Tank Vintage Missing Popeye

The tank has some wear and tear on it but the windup and the tank does roll. The Popeye figure on the bottom that flips the tank is broke off (See Pictures).

It is a great piece of nostalgia for Popeye fans or collectors in general.
