Marx Tin Toy Dollhouse Vintage 1940-1950s two story with Furniture Green Great

It is in very, very good condition with zero rust as you can see from the pictures. The colors are very vivid with zero fading. Very clean with zero scratches. Height is 15 and 1/2 at it's highest point.
