Awesome Vintage Marx Colonial Mansion Tin Litho Dollhouse featured in the 1962 Sears Catalog as shown in the last photo. ALMOST COMPLETE AS SHOWN ON THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION SHEET.

Very good condition considering its age most of the original furniture is included. Stable construction with the majority of the metal tabs holding it together still intact. No major dents; certainly some scuffs and scratches from age, use and storage. Measurements: 48" wide x 19" to top of chimney x 13 deep. A few missing items from the house itself.

Cupola & weathervane for family room roof Clear plastic windows for family room. The stoop and porch roof and white cutout railings are missing plastic tabs and do not stay upon their own. As far as furniture, there is no dining room furniture included and the bathroom sink is missing.

Other than that, my cursory review of the assembly instructions found most of the suggested furniture pieces for each room even down to a small group of kitchen accessories such as dishes and pots and pans. A pink and blue swing set and sand box are also included.
