Wonderfully entertaining is this: Vintage 1930's Louis Marx Tin Windup " FIREMAN CLIMBING on Ladder " as shown in our photos. The base and ladder measures just over 22 tall and separates into three sections.

After winding up the key mechanism on the fireman and turning the lever to ON he begins his accent up the ladder one step at a time. Over the years this terrific tin windup has bought a lot of joy for young children.
