Vintage 1930s Marx Joe Penner & His Duck Goo Goo, Tin Litho Wind Up Toy, Works

Vintage 1930s Marx Joe Penner & His Duck Goo Goo, tin litho wind-up toy. The wind up works pretty good and he trots along fairly brisk and his hat tips as well. All four wooden wheels are on the bottom of the toy. The item is in fair to good condition with normal age wear, scratches, some paint loss and surface rust. The color and graphics are still nice and this would be a good one to display.
