This particular toy is made by the Marx Corporation in 1935. It's lithography is in very great condition with hardly any scratches. The broom and shovel are missing as are 95% of these toys. As they were just loosely inserted within the cleanup barrel and were lost shortly after kids were playing with him.

This example has no rust to speak of as it was probably keep out of the moisture all these years. Windup works as it should. And to make this deal even greater, I'm including a reproduction box to set off your toy when you display it side by side. The box does have some stains on the one side and the one end, shown in photos.
