Vintage 1940-1950s Marx Tin two story dollhouse with breezeway

A few scrapes shown in pictures otherwise very fresh and clean paint. Chimney shown in picture doesn't seem to be original and has no metal tabs on it. Breezeway tabs are detached from slots I have left this untouched, but the tabs are intact didn't want to break them.
