Vintage 1950s Marx Metal Tin Dollhouse Suburban Colonial w Furniture Pool & Box. It was played with but in good condition. I briefly assembled the house for pictures and to make sure everything was there. The furniture is in good shape and comes with all the pieces shown. The pool is brittle but still included along with the ladder and furniture.

The original instructions are also included but they are also very brittle. This is a great part of Marx and Toy history.
