This item is in good vintage condition with wear from age and play. For the most part, the graphics on this item are in nice condition. Many parts are broken or damaged.

Many of the plastic pieces are broken. Some metal tabs for the building are broken off.

The elevator does not move very easily when trying to lift it up and down. Some of the metal walls are bent and have dings. The base has wear and dents/bends.
