Vintage 1974 Marx Tin Litho 2-Story Colonial Doll House 5 Rooms 40-Pc. Furniture

There will be 38 Pieces of Furniture and 2 rugs included with the sale. For the most part, everything is in pretty good condition but I will attempt to point out the defects as I see them...

The chimney appears to be missing from the roof and there is wear, a little bending and some rusty spots on the house, no bad at all. From what I have read, the Mattel 1968 furniture was made for little Kiddles but the scale fits nicely with this doll house. The furniture defects I have found are; the lid is detached on the bathroom hamper but still sits on it just fine, the white double beds (attached) in the master bedroom are broken where they attach to the headboard, there is a notch knob missing from the headboard where the bed attaches and the bed is warped. Everything else is intact as I recall.

My personal favorites are the living room lamps, I think they're amazing! Please see the photos for the best description and sizes. In general, we do inspect our sale items and they all must pass inspection before we list them.

Of course, it's possible for unnoticed details to fall through the cracks but for the most part we try to be really careful about this. Please check out my other listings in my store.
