It is in orignal condition, with no repairs or adjustments. Winds and runs, albeit a bit sticky in movement, but that is due to having been stored on an enclosed shelf for many years. The sparking mechanism looks to be intact, but will need a new flint. There is a crack in the tail plastic used to protect from the sparking. There are some scuff / wear marks, a bit of rusting in places, but much of that is commensurate with age / having been played with at some point.
