This is a vintage 1950's-60's Marx Tin Litho Dollhouse that comes with a HUGE lot of furniture (about 38 pieces)! Most of the furniture is all original to the dollhouse, but there are some additional pieces that have been included as extras. This house has been played with, but was well taken care of through the years and is in good condition. Please note that there is a small dent on the back of the roof as you can see in the photos, which could possibly get popped out or straightened out with a little work.

There may also be a few small scuffs here or there, but they are minimal. This is an awesome dollhouse to own and it could be for collectors to display, or for hours of fun to set up and play!
