Vintage Dollhouse T Cohn Tin Litho Mid Century 2 Story Furniture MARX Type Metal. Cohn tin lithographed dollhouse some original furniture some of it may be Renwal, Ideal and other dollhouse furniture makers.

This 2-story dollhouse with a patio over the kitchen is large, with dimensions approximately 28" long x 17" tall x 12 wide base/platform. It includes 6 elegantly detailed rooms with lithographed wallpaper, carpets, Hawaiian and Floral pictures, incredible red accented kitchen, drapes, swan motif bathroom, the circus and nursery rhyme themed children's room. No detail was left undone in presenting this lovely house! Shrubs, window boxes with flowers, shutters, patio railings, as well as curtained windows and side doors were lithographed in fine detail. There are 7 lattice windows and a metal front door, which open and shut. See photos there are a couple missing. One is off but is in the bag of furniture. Overall extremely nice condition, could use a little cleaning but it's not dirty overall. The walls are in excellent condition. Has a couple very small places that look to be tape residue as shown in photos. Has a bedroom a bathroom a nursery a kitchen and a living room/dining room and deck patio. See photos for all that is included and detailed condition. Measurements: approximately 28.5 inches wide by 10 inches deep and 16 1/2 inches high to the chimney.

Very easy to reassemble with tabs that slide in the slots. And you'll have the original photos to guide you. This is a very cool piece that totally represents the Mid Century decor themes of that era. All of our offerings are Smoke Free - We're receptive to offers.
