This is a really Great and Rare Vintage 1930's Marx Popeye Baggage Express Tin Wind-Up Toy. This is a very rare Popeye toy from the 1930's that is in great original condition. The only problem this toy has is that is missing the bottom back left wheel and does not work when wound up. Once working and given a nice cleaning it will be an incredible looking toy!
