Vintage Marx Let The Drummer Boy Play Tin Windup Toy With Box

Vintage 1930's Louis Marx & Co. New York " DRUMMER BOY " as shown in our photos.

He measures 9" in length and stands 8" high with colorful lithographing of his uniform and drum. He has faded slightly over the years but is clearly marked on the bottom of his coat. The drum is inscribed " Let The Drummer Boy Play While You Swing and Sway ". The original boxes are seldom found with this terrific tin windup toy however, we found a supplier who manufactured an exact replica of the Louis Marx Drummer Boy box that will be included with the toy sent to his new owner.
