Vintage Marx Tin Litho Two Story Dollhouse includes 20 pieces of furniture. Made in the 1950's. House is Colonial Style with garage, rooftop patio and features a Disney Nursery including a Mickey Mouse crib.

Marx furniture inside the house; grill and chaise patio furniture are not Marx. The house is 25"L x 15"H x 8W. The dollhouse and furniture are in good used condition. The dollhouse has some scrapes, scratches, dents and minor rust as would be common with toys of this age. The sofa is broken as can been seen in the photo and one of the white dining chairs has a cracked leg that has been glued on. The other pieces of furniture are not broken.
