VINTAGE MARX TIN LITHO WIND-UP CHARLIE MCCARTHY THE DRUMMER BOY W BOX. He works when you are holding him up, but as soon as you set him down he stops. I guess that he just does not have enough umph to push himself. There are some light scratches and wear.
