Vintage Marx Toys Siren Police Patrol 1930s Rare Tin Wind Up Patrol Car

Wind up mechanism works, runs slow but I think its because the gear is dirty. Looks like all parts are there, paint is in good condition. There are dents, scuffs, a slight crease in the door and scratches. The headlight bucket is missing on one side and the bulbs are gone.
