Vintage Marx Wind Up Popeye Tin Toy

8.5 inches tall x 3.5 inches deep x 3 inches wide. Wind up works but needs some coaxing at times. He is missing his pipe and has some wear to the tin in spots. Has some wear from age and use. Fresh from an upstate NY estate.
