This is the Marx Mansion with the Florida Room which is hard to find. The 7 rooms plus the patio are mostly furnished with Petite Princess Fantasy Furniture. The rooms are lit by push button lights. The Marxie Mansion comes with all the quality furniture. You get everything you see!

The roof is dented, especially under the chimney. The Florida Room is missing the tabs on the roof which connects it to the main house, but they can be added.
