Vintage; MARX Tin Split Level Family Home. Measures 29" L x 14" T. Item does show signs of use and there are damages. Some rusting around the bottom edge going around home. Some pieces have popped out of their original placement (nothing excessive as all walls stay in place but wanted to mention). Some of these piece's tabs are missing which is the main reason for this. Some dents and such here and there. Outside steps do not clip in as the back clips are broken. Inside ones do stay affixed.

Metal piece that goes across roof peak does not clip in due to the fact that the roof is dented so it doesn't sit right. Please look at ALL photos.
