Appears to be In good condition overall and complete. However I could not get it to move/wind when on the ground. The gears were moving when I had it my hand. The back wheel moved when i turned the gears by hand. May need some work to get to work as it should.

Still would be a good display piece. Also has some minor signs of wear/use such as scratches as shown.
