Presented for your consideration is this Vintage "Pluto The Drum Major" Marx Line Mar Toys Tin Litho Wind Up Toy manufactured in Japan circa 1950's. Appears to be nearly complete except for the ears. Still works pretty good too. It does exhibit scratching, scuffing, soiling, and other wear associated with age and use but overall, it displays very nicely.
